NetSupport Manager is the sort of tool that will put a smile on your face if you work in the IT department and you have to offer remote support and remotely access, control, and manager computers. The simple truth of the matter is that you will be hard pressed to find another tool that is this feature rich, this secure, this useful, and this recognized.

NetSupport Manager provides support for multiple platforms: Windows, Mac, Linux, Chrome OS.
The setup wizard that will help you install NetSupport Manager on a Windows-powered computer will ask you to pick one of three installation methods: Custom, Client, and Typical (Client, Control, Configuration, Remote Deployment Utilities, Scripting, and Help Files).

Please note that you will be installing a trial version. With the aim of letting you evaluate NetSupport Manager’s functionality, the developer allows you to use a 30-day trial version that is limited to 10 clients. This amount of time should be enough for you to uncover all the functionality that NetSupport Manager has to offer.

Speaking about functionality, here’ a quick look at the application’s features: view a detailed inventory or your local and remote machines (hardware components, installed software, running applications, processes, services, hot fixes); NetSupport Manager works over LAN, WAN or the internet; connect to and control remote machines; transfer files to remote machines; chat with users on remote machines; and more.

Go get NetSupport Manager and you will see that it is a feature rich, properly good remote control tool.

Pros

NetSupport Manager is available for multiple platforms: Windows, Mac, Linux, Chrome OS. The setup wizard for Windows allows you to choose one of three installation options. The interface can be customized. You can access, control, and manage remote machines. You can offer support to remote machines.
